Yoga Lessons In The New Year (by Moveitfred)

Moveitfred went to yoga class tonight. Moveitfred learned something. He would like to share it with you:























The Taoist relaxation method is very simple: "Listen to your breathing." Nothing more is needed, except persistence and patience in such listening. If you do not persist, your attention will stray back into anxieties. Be patient; impatience merely adds to anxieties. Patience is an attitude which undercuts the roots of anxiety.

This is BULL SHIT Fred. I fly all the way over the US of A to see you and the family. Then you take me to a bike race. You never once talked about the hotties in the yoga class. I would have been all over that! What gives?
