Right Coast Walk

Moveitfred joined the famdamnly for a hike through the woods today on a brisk Long Island afternoon. Clear, cold, and dry on the trails. Kids got a little wind burned on the tiny faces. That kinda shit builds character, in Moveitfred's humble opinion. Don't these photogs make it look like we's on a fucking death march?

By the way, isn't this just a fascinating closeup of some spectacular fungi? Isn't nature magnificent?

Moveitfred has been getting in some good fitness. He still hasn't got all the fucking data up yet. Moveitfred knows y'all are just dying to see some numbers.

Y'know, let's just get this out in the open, shall we. WHAT THE FUCK IS WITH ALL YOU MOFOS AND THE NUMBERS? MUTHA-FUCKIN' A! IT'S LIKE A FUCKING MATHEMATICS CONFERENCE ON THESE BLOGS OF LATE! NO PICS, NO BORECASTS, JUST "Well, guys, I'm entering my periodization with a 67.4 lactate (which is a 14.37% gain over last year)while my runs are decreasing to an average 7:29 per mile and my VO2 max is...." JEEZUS FUCKING CHRIST, SPOCKS, IS THERE NO LIFE ON THIS PLANET? ANYONE GETTIN' ANY SKIRT? HOW 'BOUT THAT, HUH? IT'S COLD AND DREARY ENOUGH AS IT IS...GIVE MOVEITFRED SOMETHING TO ROUST UP HIS DAY, WILL YA?

(this public service message has been presented by Moveitfred, who is going to bed now with the mrs and getting up early for a brisk ride in the woods)

There is an 0.004% chance of me being up at 5 am on Sunday morning like Heywood. It is 14.0000000 fucking degrees outside here (again) and despite having spent only .0000001649% of the 2006-2007 snow removal budget this year, the state of New Hampshire did a suck ass job of plowing the shoulder, so it looks like we're running in the shit today. Could be worse. They are predicting FIVE to SIX FEET of lake effect snow over the area inhabited by the Attic this week. That is a sucky number.

I'd have a new nodcast today, but B&H took 1.75 days to get my new camera out the door.

It's up to the 3 boys to provide us with pictures of their weekend training. None of this Super Bowels shit.
