Al and Dick

After about a week of doing absolutely nothing, Moveitfred, with prodding by Al, returns. Since Moveitfred ain't done shit all week (ie, no powertap data, no splits/mileage, no VO2/HIV/NAACP), he offers the faithful readership this artistic video gem.
